Jeevan Saath complex is to be built on 4,911 sq. metres of land which has already been acquired.

Development Approval has also been received for the Lifestyle Apartments and Communal Facilities.

  • Land for the project has been purchased and Development Approval has been received.
  • Given current lending conditions, pre-sales of 80% of apartments is required to secure construction finance
  • Jeevan Saath project is ON HOLD for the time being given the state of the property market and insufficient interest in pre-sales
  • Alternate option for Jeevan Saath to become a reality is for a group of private investors funding the project.
    The benefits of this include,
    • *Funds will actually be invested in land and buildings
    • *Very low interest returns earned on funds currently deposited in banks
    • *Opportunity to take advantage of current low construction costs
    • *Sale of the apartments at the upturn of the property market in a few years’ time on completion of construction.

Upendra Patel (Upi) is the man behind the inception and creation of the Jeevan Saath concept. Upendra migrated to Australia in 1987 with his family and has been residing in Perth for the last 31 years.

Upendra built a house that was big enough for his entire family to live comfortably in. However, as his children grew up and moved on with their own lives, that house became too big for just two people - his wife and himself. With no other company around, the home also began to feel empty.

It was then that Upendra decided to do something for people like him and his wife who wish to 'Right-Size not downsize' their lives and live a happy, comfortable and secure life in the company of like-minded people. On completion of Jeevan Saath, Upendra and his wife will be the first two residents to move in to a Jeevan Saath's lifestyle apartment.
